Immediately after the operation, it is recommended that you use finasteride to support the application and prevent hair loss.
In medicine, male-type hair loss, called androgenetic alopecia, is caused by male hormones and inflammatory factors, or genes. The enzyme called 5-alpha reductase translates the male hormone testosterone into a product of destruction called dehydrotestosterone (DHT), which is excreted through urine and skin. It is believed that people with genetic predisposition are causing hair loss with DHT, and it prevents the growth of healthy hair by miniaturizing the hair follicle. Finasteride, on the other hand, blocks the enzyme of 5-alpha reductase and reduces the proportions of DHT in the blood.
This stops hair loss by turning the hair growth phase back to normal. One advantage of finasteride is that it does not cause unwanted changes in other hormones, since it targets only the hormone in question. For this reason, it is recommended that you use Finasteride (Propecia medicine) to support the application immediately after the operation to prevent hair loss.
